  Dear parents

  First, many thanks for sharing your views on the timings of the school day. We received 354 parent responses. 

  160 responses were in favour of five full school days and 194 voted for an early Friday finish. With this response and the view of many staff, the governors agreed the following:

   

  From September 2023 the school will start and end at the following times:

   

  Monday-Thursday 8.30am-3.30pm

  Friday 8.30am-1.30pm

  Gates will open 10 mins before the start of the working day and 5 mins towards the end of the school day.

   

  We understand that some of you may be disappointed but please be assured we will continue to run tuition and after school clubs on Friday afternoons.

   

  To book a place for your child to attend after school club to 3.30pm on a Friday, please notify the school office.
