Today you will e designing your own healthy lunch.
Lesson 3: To design your own healthy lunch.
1. Finish your task from yesterday if you have not finished. You will need this to help you with today’s task. If you have finished, remind your self of the different food groups.
2. Write today’s date (Friday 8th January 2021) and (LO: To design your own healthy lunch.)
3. Using the information you have learnt. Create your own healthy lunch. You will need to include something from each food group. Think about portion sizes too. What might you include less of?
4. Draw this in your book. You can colour it in after.
5. Why not try and help your parents make a healthy lunch or dinner? You might also want to use your English learning from this week and write some instructions telling us how you made it!
