Miss Raval has decided that she wants to add the 'opposite knee, opposite elbow' exercise.
Here is a photo of how it is done. If you wish add this to the end of the routine!
How to complete the exercise:
- Lift your knee up and bring it towards hip level.
- Whilst doing this, bring your opposite arm lower.
- Touch your elbow onto your knee, crossing them over.
