In today’s lesson you will be learning to write a poem about winter using your senses.

Learning objective: To write a poem about winter using my senses.

 

 

 

1. Read the poem above with an adult.
2. Discuss with an adult what winter words you can see.
3. Write your own winter poem using your senses. It needs to have 5 sentences, 1 for each sense.

 

For example:

 

In winter I feel….

In winter I smell…

In winter I taste…

In winter I see….

 

If you would like to record yourself reading your poem. You can do so and email this to your class teacher. Or you can take a picture like normal.
